Canyan Lake focuses on the large lake in the south-western corner. This lake accommodates significant open space and outdoor recreation activities. Residential design aims to optimise lakeside views with a large concentration of development immediately adjacent to the lakes.

This area is intended to accommodate an up-market development in the form of 5 apartment buildings. The intent is to provide ‘professional’ living for singles, couples or small families. More focus is given to the architectural design of the buildings rather than the streetscape which is intended to incorporate smaller sized streets. These will be provided primarily for access, not so much for open space and recreation (as per the ‘neighbourhood’ feel approach to streetscape).

These apartments are currently in the design phase and we anticipate a release in the middle of 2010.
