Kingscliff Peak is characterised by existing significant vegetation, a system of open space areas and superb vistas. Therefore, the main focus is on maximising views from the area to surrounding landscapes as well as the surrounding vegetation and water.

This area is intended to accommodate apartments of a high standard with high-quality materials and finishes.
Streetscaping in Kingscliff Peak is to be less formal with more focus given to the architectural design of the buildings rather than the streetscape which is intended to incorporate smaller sized streets.

This precinct is currently in the design phase and will not be released for several years.
