Savannah is characterised by a mixture of existing significant vegetation, a system of open space areas, a series of adjoining ‘cascading’ water courses and superb vistas. Therefore, the main focus is on maximising views from the area to surrounding landscapes as well as the surrounding vegetation and open space.

This area is intended to accommodate residential dwellings. Streetscaping in Savannah is to be traditional, with medium-width streets, wide verges and canopy street trees intended to create a feeling of space.

This precinct is currently in design phase and will not be released for several years.
