The Dunes will be located near the Clubhouse - the recreational “hub” of Paradise Palms Resort & Country Club. The focus is on character and design that reflects the existing Clubhouse and lifestyle centre.

This area primarily accommodates residential living in the form of apartments and houses, featuring high quality materials and finishes, generally catering for young ‘professionals’ and small families.

There will be a particular focus on central open space areas, and the role of apartment buildings and houses as a ‘link’ between the Clubhouse and existing residential development. Development within this area is also intended to offer excellent views out towards the ocean, as well as expansive views overlooking the golf course.

This precinct is currently in the design phase and will not be released for several years.
